Annotation
The article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of the perception of distance learning by students and university teachers based on the results of an Internet survey
in which 231 respondents from various universities of Omsk and Norilsk took part. In the course of the study, factors were identified that have both negative and positive effects on the effectiveness of the educational process and the socio-psychological state of students in distance learning. The results of the study can be used in the development of effective methods of distance learning in educational systems of universities.
