Annotation
The article examines the problem of the formation of ICT competencies of students of IT training areas in the context of the implementation of corporate principles of the university. The possibilities of using modern information technologies, including large language models (LLM), for the development of both technical skills (hard skills) and social and communicative competencies (soft skills) demanded by employers are considered. Based on experimental work with bachelors and masters, the hypothesis is confirmed that the integration of corporate values into educational activities increases students’ motivation, promotes the meaningful development of complex software tools and the integrated development of professional competencies, including critical thinking and the ability to work with artificial intelligence.
