Annotation
The article presents an approach to optimizing the activities of the dean based on the use of information-analytical service. The process of developing and using a digital assistant to solve problems of educational activities and human resources management is described by the example of Yugra State University. Particular attention is paid to the issues
of adapting the digital tool to the specific needs of the university and assessing its impacton improving the quality of university department management.
