Annotation

The article is devoted to the analysis of the basic concepts of the philosophy of education and the comparison of foreign and Russian concepts of the philosophy of education in relation to the processes of informatization. The relevance of this article is due to the fact that in recent years distance education technologies have become particularly important, expressed, among other things, in a significant increase in demand for online education. The main trends in the digitalization of society as a whole, and, as a result, the digitalization of education both in Russia and abroad, as well as trends in the large-scale dissemination of education through online courses, are considered.
