Annotation

The article deals with the application of an actively developing new educational web quest technology in e-learning programming, its advantages and disadvantages. The features of using this technology are considered using the example of a specific web programming quest. The purpose of the study is to identify and substantiate the features and impact of quest technologies on the learning process of middle school students by conducting a computer science lesson using a developed web quest. Research objectives: to compare distance learning in a traditional format and distance learning using web quests in electronic form, to show the existing advantages and disadvantages of web quest technology, compared with the traditional format
