Annotation

Various sources, including industry information systems, job search and recruitment services, and identifies the most promising digital technologies for forming an information base for analyzing the personnel development of the education sector. The main method of studying the possibilities of using digital technologies in the formation of an information base for the analysis of personnel development in the field of education was an experiment. As part of the experimental calculations, real data from both internal and external information sources were used. The possibilities of digital technologies for solving such management tasks as mapping and data analysis with reference to the territory, analysis of the balance of supply and demand, qualitative analysis of demand, assessment of the dynamics of professional development of teachers are experimentally demonstrated.
