Annotation

The article presents a study of information systems for support and automation of personnel training for large fast food restaurant chains McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC, “Delicious and period”. Their importance in the development system of companies is determined, the main advantages and disadvantages are identified, a comparative analysis is carried out. Special attention is paid to the issue of determining the composition of the characteristics and the direction of development of the information system for fast food chains that have occupied the market niche of the departed foreign companies McDonald’s and KFC.
