Annotation

The article deals with the peculiarities of the application of chat-bots technology and their specificity of their use in the educational process. The hierarchical structure of possible educational and organizational situations, on the one hand, and the variants of chat-bots’ application for their solution, on the other hand, are built. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of using chatbots when automating the construction of individual educational trajectories. The aim of the study: to formulate a hierarchical structure of ways to use chatbots in automating the construction of individual educational pathways. Research objectives: 1) analyze the current state and capabilities of chatbots; 2) determine the possible place of application of chatbots to automate the construction of individual learning pathways. The leading methods for solving the first task were the method of observation and analysis. To solve the second problem the method of hierarchical mapping and visualization (construction of intelligence maps) was used. The article graphically presents the hierarchical structure of the ways to apply chatbots when automating the construction of individual educational pathways.
