Annotation

The article describes the principles and approaches to the organization of extracurricular activities within the subject area of the Design program of the MYP IB school. It is emphasized that the use of information technologies and project tasks contributes to the successful organization of extracurricular activities of students. A list of specific recommendations on the organization of extracurricular activities within the subject area of the Design of the IB program is provided. The use of information technologies allowed us to determine the fundamental principles of extracurricular learning within the subject area of the IB Design program, the most appropriate types of extracurricular activities of primary school students, as well as the principles of developing project assignments and tasks in computer science when organizing extracurricular learning within the subject area of the IB Design program.
