Annotation
The article examines the approaches of Russian and foreign universities to the development of entrepreneurial competencies of university students. The problems that hinder the promotion of the development of students entrepreneurial competencies, as well as ways to solve these problems, are identified. Special attention in the development of entrepreneurial competencies of university students is paid to acceleration programs and incubators.
