Annotation

The article considers the application of qualimetric approaches in assessing the quality of the formation of graduate competencies in the implementation of higher education programs in accordance with the Federal state educational standards 3++ in the state final certification. A mathematical model is proposed for evaluating the results of competence formation in the main professional educational program based on all types of state certification tests. The authors suggest ways to solve the problem of assessing the degree of compliance of all the competencies of a graduate with the specified requirements in a limited time, approaches to the formation and distribution of functions of members of state examination commissions, as well as the requirement for an automated workplace of a member of the state examination Commission.
