Annotation

The article analyzes the work specifics of the International Baccalaureate Program сoordinators and the role that communicative competence plays in their work. In addition, the structure of the communicative competence of the International Baccalaureate programs coordinators was considered, and a conclusion was made on what approach to apply in the development of this competence.
