Annotation

Virtual reality allows you to immerse yourself in an artificial space in which students “live” events that are impossible in real life. They develop communication skills, improve speech, learn new computer tools. This fully applies to the technology of immersive storytelling, which is still little used in school classes and university classrooms. The purpose of the proposed study is to identify the didactic potential immersive storytelling to develop students’ communication skills. Research objectives: 1) to give the concept of immersive storytelling and define its didactic advantages; 2) evaluate the possibilities of immersive storytelling in the course of educational communication of students; 3) substantiate the need to use immersive storytelling in educational and cognitive activities.
