Annotation

The article examines the experience of digitalization of the higher education system of the Republic of South Africa (hereinafter referred to as South Africa). The methodology of the study is based on the identification of a qualitative characteristic that determines the problems of digital transformation of higher education in South Africa, in order to describe quantitative data related in general consideration to the organization of accessibility of higher education in this country.
