The article presents an analysis of personnel training for the field of information technology within the framework of the “Digital Departments” project of the federal
project “Development of Personnel Potential in the IT Industry” of the national program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” in 2023. Purpose of the study: optimization of work to solve the problem of personnel shortages in the IT sector. Research objectives: study and analysis of the needs of the labor market and proposals of the “Digital Departments” project.
