Annotation

The article briefly discusses the theoretical and technological possibilities of using educational engineering in additional professional education. The analysis of software tools suitable for effective use in additional professional education in the Russian Federation is carried out. Research objectives: 1) to analyze the domestic experience of using e-learning in the post graduate educational system; 2) to show the digital transformation of education through rethinking the key roles of teachers in the digital era in the direction of educational engineering and the development of design and engineering competencies of teachers; 3) to propose a conceptual model of educational engineering management in the post graduate educational system; 4) to show several basic elements of digital transformation of education based on big data.
