This article describes an approach to building a single line of «monitoring — correct management decision-making» at school based on the interconnection of resources in the construction of a unified digital educational environment of the school. Within the framework of the conducted research, the problem of the formation of complex methods of digitalization of school-wide pedagogical monitoring carried out within the framework of the functioning of the digital educational environment, and the subsequent systematic accounting of the results of such monitoring in the implementation of organizational and managerial activities is solved. In School No. 1552 (Moscow) the use of the resources of such an environment has allowed for several years to implement a number of measures aimed at improving the effectiveness of schoolchildren’s education. New approaches to informatization have influenced the overall improvement of the quality of school graduates: the number and proportion of school graduates who graduated with excellent marks have increased, the results demonstrated by graduates during the Unified State Exam have increased. The use of components of the digital educational environment makes it possible to increase the flexibility of implemented educational programs through the integrated informatization of the school’s management activities.
