Annotation

The relevance of the issue under study is determined by the active development of artificial intelligence technologies that are able to implement adaptive e-learning based on artificial intelligence technologies such as Machine Learning and Big Data. Adaptive learning intelligent systems promise significant progressive changes in the educational process, but at present, for a number of reasons, they are not widely used. In this regard, at this stage, adaptive learning technologies at school can be implemented through a flexible, variable form of organizing learning activities in the classroom, as well as using ready-made online courses or lesson designers that will allow you to adapt learning to the necessary goals. Research objectives: 1) to identify various classifications of criteria and requirements for the development of electronic educational resources; 2) to determine the main criteria and requirements for the design of educational electronic publications and resources. The main methods in the study of this issue are the study and analysis of scientific literature, articles and publications, which made it possible to identify the most important parameters for creating educational content. The article presents scientific and theoretical ideas about the criteria and requirements for educational electronic publications and resources, provides alternative classifications of criteria, as well as a comparative analysis of certain characteristics that meet the specified criteria and requirements of educational electronic publications and resources, in order to determine their functional and instrumental capabilities.
