Annotation
This article presents a graph mathematical model that allows you to reflect the process of forming the final rating of an educational organization for managing the regional educational system. A distinctive feature of this model is the specificity of its construction: the indicators within each individual criterion are located on an inductive basis — from the particular to the general. For the experimental testing of the model, 4 educational organizations were identified that are subordinate to the branch executive authority that performs state administration in the field of education.
