Annotation

The law on education, which has been in force in Russia for the last few years, has defined new rules for the training of scientific and pedagogical staff in graduate school. Along with the consideration of postgraduate studies as another stage of higher education, the introduction of the state final certification of graduate students and a number of other innovations in the new model of education provides for graduates to receive pedagogical education. This article is devoted to the description of the proposed content, methods and means of appropriate training of graduate students.
