Annotation
The article is devoted to the problem of organizing effective programming education in the conditions of modern school. The author analyzes the approach to differentiation of the educational process, identifying their key limitations when working with a heterogeneous contingent of students. As a solution, the author proposes a model of multilevel learning, which allows to implement a clear personalization of the educational process by adapting the content to the individual capabilities of each student. A significant part of the paper is devoted to the analysis of digital tools that can significantly facilitate the implementation of multilevel learning. Learning management systems, gamification
technologies and modern solutions based on artificial intelligence are considered, which allow simplifying the teacher’s work in the classroom, creating multilevel assignments, and supporting students’ interest in learning. The final part of the article discusses promising directions of work with motivated students, including their involvement in specialized
educational projects that allow to go beyond the school curriculum and gain experience in solving practical problems.
