Annotation

The article analyzes the consequences of global digitalization, assesses the impact of technological development on the effectiveness of the higher education system. The material of the article can contribute to the identification of the main directions and trends in the transformation of education during the current stage of digitalization. The purpose of the study is to determine the directions, characteristics and prospects for the development of didactics in the conditions of mass digitalization of Russian universities. The solution of the tasks is aimed at the formation and description of the model of didactics development in the conditions of digital transformation of higher education. The obtained analytical data indicate an increased interest in the study of technological and social changes associated with the introduction of digital technologies at all levels of the education system.
